Eye Exam

Eye Examinations consist of a thorough evaluation of the eye including ophthalmoscopy, pressure test for Glaucoma, a fundus evaluation, check for diabetes and many other possible contraindications and eye health.

Contact lens exam include a comprehensive exam, plus the use of a keratometor to determine K readings, an evaluation of the cornea, and the fit of the lens by use of a Slit lamp.

We are presently fitting 2 week disposable lenses, color lenses that change eye color, toric lenses for astigmatism, and bifocal contact lenses. The latest lenses are made from silicon and are effective on patients who have had problems such as dry eyes in the past.
